  • Team-oriented, with strong rapport-building skills with clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and technical knowledge development.
  • Previous experience in global compensation/expatriate management and managing junior team members.
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior staff members.

Responsibilities as a Manager

As a Manager in this team, you will play a critical role in all aspects of the team's operations, with a focus on assignee compensation throughout the mobility lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering high levels of client service.

  • Creating innovative technology solutions that keep the team at the market's forefront.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Ensuring accurate Year-End reporting and necessary reconciliations.
  • Upholding firm Quality Risk Management procedures and file management standards.
  • Serving as a technology expert to support report and document preparation.
  • Escalating risk areas or scope opportunities to senior management as needed.
