This leading firm is looking for a Rewards Manager to spearhead their compensation and benefits strategy. In this position, you'll architect and oversee comprehensive reward frameworks that drive business success. Key accountabilities include benchmarking remuneration against industry standards, orchestrating yearly pay reviews, and crafting performance-based incentive structures that support company goals. Working closely with HR leadership and executives, you'll play a vital role in both attracting top talent and maintaining high retention rates through strategic rewards planning and execution.

KEY DUTIES:
- Designing and implementing reward strategies and programmes
- Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Managing the annual salary review process
- Developing incentive schemes that align with the firm's objectives
- Collaborating with HR and senior management to support talent retention and attraction
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a reward management role within the accountancy sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR and reward management systems
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable
