KEY DUTIES:
- Providing comprehensive VAT advice and support during restructuring and insolvency processes
- Managing VAT compliance and ensuring timely submissions to HMRC
- Conducting VAT audits and preparing detailed reports
- Liaising with HMRC and other regulatory bodies on VAT-related matters
- Advising on VAT implications and strategies to optimise financial outcomes
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of VAT advice into broader financial strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in VAT management within the restructuring and insolvency sector
- Strong knowledge of UK VAT legislation and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification in accountancy or tax (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA)
