This leadership role offers the chance to work with a diverse and high-calibre client portfolio, providing bespoke tax services and strategic advisory across a wide range of personal and capital tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family offices, fostering long-term relationships through proactive client service and tailored tax solutions.

Deliver technically robust tax advice, collaborating with senior leadership and other service lines to provide an integrated and seamless client experience.

Play a key role in daily operations, supporting strategic planning and the delivery of departmental objectives in line with firm-wide goals.

Maintain deep and current technical knowledge across personal, business, and capital taxes, ensuring high standards of compliance and advisory.

Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, managing workflows, delegating tasks effectively, and providing constructive feedback to support their progression and performance.

Liaise closely with internal teams and other departments to coordinate service delivery and maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction.

Manage the end-to-end personal tax compliance process for a varied client base, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and technical excellence.

Contribute to business development initiatives, supporting efforts to identify new opportunities, expand the firm’s reach in the market, and win new client engagements.

Ensure rigorous adherence to internal quality standards and risk management procedures, as well as compliance with relevant external regulatory requirements.
