Director, Employment Tax

This firm seeks an Employment Tax Director to join them. The main function of this role is to lead the employment tax advisory services, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to a diverse portfolio of clients. The responsibilities also include managing complex compliance issues, developing innovative tax solutions, and mentoring junior team members. The role demands a proactive approach to client relationship management and the ability to deliver exceptional service standards.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing employment tax advisory projects for a range of clients.
- Providing strategic tax planning and compliance advice.
- Developing and implementing innovative tax solutions.
- Conducting technical research and staying updated with the latest tax regulations.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Extensive experience in employment tax, ideally within a professional services environment.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven track record in managing complex tax issues and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
