This organisation seeks an experienced Manager to join them.  This role focuses on providing comprehensive services for international workforce management, including compensation analysis, payroll administration, and compliance oversight for multinational corporations.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in managing complex datasets related to mobile employee compensation. A thorough understanding of UK payroll regulations, including RTI and various levy requirements, is essential. Basic knowledge of expatriate tax principles, including specific reliefs and allowances, is required.

Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Analysing compensation data for tax and social security compliance
  • Overseeing expatriate payroll processes using advanced technological solutions
  • Conducting payroll data validations and variance analyses
  • Ensuring adherence to global mobility policies
  • Preparing comprehensive cost reports and recommending potential savings
