This firm seeks a Tax Manager,  to join them. The main function of this role is to oversee compliance and reporting within the financial services sector. The responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, managing internal audits, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and implement compliance strategies, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of industry standards.

KEY DUTIES:
- Overseeing the compliance framework and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
- Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement compliance strategies
- Providing guidance and training to junior staff on compliance matters
- Staying updated with changes in financial regulations and ensuring the firm’s practices are aligned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in financial services compliance and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Professional qualification in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
