Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, managing tax projects with technical excellence and practical business acumen, identifying new opportunities, and developing internal and external networks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic awareness, and the ability to coach junior staff.

Qualifications should include experience as a tax practitioner with reviewing capabilities. Professional certifications such as ATT, ACA, CA, or CTA are preferred, as is experience with financial services clients. An undergraduate or postgraduate degree is required, or equivalent work experience. Previous people management experience is advantageous.
