Real Estate Tax Senior Manager

The firm is looking for a Real Estate Tax Senior Manager to join their team. This role centres on delivering specialised tax advisory services focused on the real estate industry. 

Key responsibilities include overseeing complex real estate tax engagements, offering strategic tax planning insights, and ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with other departments to deliver integrated solutions to clients, with occasional involvement in client advisory projects as needed.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing real estate tax engagements and projects
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and regulations
- Conducting internal quality control reviews and due diligence
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated client solutions
- Mentoring and developing junior team members

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in real estate tax within a professional services environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and engagements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA
