About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
This firm seeks a Real Estate Tax Advisor to join them. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to leverage their expertise in real estate tax within a supportive and dynamic environment. The main function of this role is to provide specialist tax advice and support to the firm's real estate clients. Responsibilities include advising on tax-efficient structures, managing tax compliance processes, and providing strategic tax planning. The role also involves liaising with clients to ensure they are fully informed of their tax obligations and opportunities.
KEY DUTIES:
- Advising clients on tax-efficient structures for real estate transactions
- Managing and overseeing tax compliance processes for real estate clients
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Conducting detailed tax research and analysis
- Liaising with clients to ensure they understand their tax obligations
- Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive client service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional qualification in tax (e.g., CTA, ATT) or equivalent
- Extensive experience in real estate tax advisory
- Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
