This firm seeks a Private Equity Funds Tax Advisor to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert tax advice and support specifically tailored to private equity funds. The responsibilities include advising on fund structuring, managing tax compliance, and providing strategic tax planning to optimise fund performance.

Additionally, the role involves liaising with fund managers and investors to ensure all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with current regulations.

KEY DUTIES:

- Advising on the tax implications of fund structures and transactions
- Managing and overseeing tax compliance processes for private equity funds
- Conducting detailed tax research and analysis to support fund strategies
- Collaborating with fund managers and investors to address tax-related queries
- Monitoring changes in tax legislation and advising on their impact

QUALIFICATIONS:

- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
