Real Estate Tax Manager

This firm is looking for a Real Estate Tax Manager to join their team. This role centres on delivering specialised tax advisory services focused on the real estate industry.

Key responsibilities:

As a Manager within the Real Estate Tax team, you will:

• Join an established, high-performing team working alongside high-profile clients on complex, challenging projects.

• Take an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members, supporting their career growth.

• Work with leading market names on major multi-jurisdictional real estate and infrastructure transactions.

• Take ownership of your workload—leading client engagements, delivering high-quality advice, and collaborating across the broader tax network with strong backing from Directors and Partners

Essential criteria:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent credential.
• Solid UK corporate tax experience, ideally focused on the real estate sector.
• Proven experience supervising, reviewing work, and coaching junior colleagues.

Desirable experience:

While not all are essential, background or interest in the following areas is highly advantageous:

• Tax structuring for tax-efficient acquisitions and disposals.

• Assisting Partners/Directors with key account management and business development activities.

• Providing international tax advice and due diligence for cross-border transactions.

• Managing ongoing tax compliance requirements.

• Establishing property funds, including UK REITs.
