This firm seeks a Personal Tax Senior Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert personal tax advice and support to high-net-worth individuals and families. The responsibilities also include managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation of complex tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior staff and contributing to the firm's business development efforts.

KEY DUTIES:
- Providing tailored tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients
- Managing and reviewing the preparation of complex personal tax returns
- Ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations
- Identifying tax-saving opportunities and strategies for clients
- Mentoring and training junior team members
- Contributing to the firm's business development and client acquisition initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience in personal tax, preferably within a professional services firm
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships
