Transaction Tax, Senior Manager

Opportunity in a Leading International firm.

This firm is looking for a Transaction Tax Senior Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert transaction tax advice and providing support to the firm's clients.

The responsibilities also include leading complex tax projects, managing a team of tax professionals, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored tax solutions that maximise value.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing transaction tax projects from inception to completion
- Providing strategic tax advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
- Conducting thorough tax due diligence and risk assessments
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and ensuring compliance

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in transaction tax within a professional services environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advice and solutions
