This firm is seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Associate to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality services while contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm's internal operations. The focus will be on achieving excellent performance standards, ensuring that all activities align with the firm's strategic objectives, managing a diverse caseload effectively, and contributing to both team and individual success.

As an Associate, typically with 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while continuing to develop your own professional skills. The role also involves significant responsibility in fostering business development for the firm. You will be expected to proactively assess and respond to client needs, manage client relationships, engage in networking activities, and collaborate with colleagues to promote the firm's long-term growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex corporate tax matters.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Capable of managing a diverse workload with efficiency and precision.
  • Highly motivated with a dedication to continuous professional development.
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting the professional growth of others.
  • Must be a qualified lawyer registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Law Society of Scotland.
