KEY DUTIES:
- Leading VAT strategy and compliance for restructuring and insolvency projects
- Advising on VAT implications during business turnarounds and liquidations
- Managing VAT risk and ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Conducting detailed VAT reviews and audits for insolvent entities
- Collaborating with partners and clients to provide tailored VAT solutions
- Keeping abreast of changes in VAT regulations and their impact on the firm's activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in VAT within the restructuring and insolvency sector
- Strong technical knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex VAT projects and provide strategic advice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA)
