VAT Director

This firm seeks a highly qualified professional to lead and develop our Value Added Tax (VAT) department. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the team's direction and delivering exceptional technical services to our clientele.

Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, meeting financial targets, and expanding our service offerings. The successful applicant will provide expert advice to clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders across various business units. They will also focus on nurturing team members' professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA (or equivalent). They should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of VAT issues, including knowledge of Rest of World (ROW) matters. Previous experience in team management is essential.
