In response to continuous growth and expansion, this firm is seeking a highly qualified U.S. Corporate Tax Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide expert U.S. corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse clientele, ranging from entrepreneurs and start-ups to scale-ups and mid-cap companies. The client base spans various sectors, including music and entertainment, publishing, hedge fund management, online services, retail, media, manufacturing, and real estate investment and development.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years' experience in U.S. corporate and partnership tax compliance within a comparable practice environment. Essential qualifications include EA certification or equivalent, along with extensive knowledge of U.S. tax regulations pertaining to domestic and foreign companies, controlled foreign companies, passive foreign investment companies (PFICs), partnerships, and U.S. business operations.

Key responsibilities encompass financial portfolio management, tax return review, client acquisition, staff supervision, and adherence to budgetary constraints. The role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict client confidentiality. Proficiency in relevant software packages, including CCH, Caseware, Xero, and Microsoft Office, is required, with knowledge of Prosystem considered advantageous.
