This firm seeks an accomplished tax professional to join its expanding team, supporting Partners and driving new business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Private Client and Trust taxation, with a particular emphasis on Inheritance tax.

This role is tailored for an ambitious CTA/STEP qualified individual aspiring to become a pivotal figure in the firm's Probate, Trust, and Inheritance tax services. The successful applicant will demonstrate extensive experience in Trust and Inheritance tax matters, coupled with a proactive attitude towards learning about clients and personal development.

Key responsibilities encompass managing the firm's Probate and Estate Administration work, overseeing Trust clients, providing expert advice on Inheritance tax mitigation, and preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The role also involves collaborating with Managers and Partners to identify new opportunities, ensuring efficient workflow management, and maintaining compliance with ICAEW requirements.

The ideal candidate will be CTA or STEP qualified, either holding or pursuing a Certificate in Probate and Estate Administration. Essential attributes include exceptional communication skills, strong technical and commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering superior client service. The ability to review others' work, manage projects within budgets, and work independently is crucial.
