This firm, a distinguished firm specialising in Probate and Estate Administration, seeks an accomplished tax professional to join their expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned expert to provide crucial support to Partners within this specialised division.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Private Client and Trust taxation, with a particular emphasis on Inheritance tax. This position is tailored for an ambitious CTA/STEP qualified individual aspiring to become an integral part of our client's Probate, Trust, and Inheritance tax services.

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate extensive experience in Trust and Inheritance tax matters, coupled with a proactive attitude towards professional growth and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily Probate and Estate Administration tasks, managing Trust clients, providing expert advice on Inheritance tax planning, and preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Our client seeks a professional who can seamlessly collaborate with Managers and Partners across the firm to identify new business opportunities. The role demands excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, manage billing processes, and ensure compliance with ICAEW requirements.

Qualifications for this position include CTA or STEP certification, with a Certificate in Probate and Estate Administration being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable communication skills, strong technical and commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Experience in reviewing others' work and providing constructive feedback is essential.
