Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Engage in proactive business development to secure new engagements
  • Oversee the successful delivery of complex and technical consulting projects, ensuring technical accuracy and business-focused solutions
  • Support junior team members through supervision, coaching, and mentoring
  • Contribute to team initiatives, including training and retention efforts

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Client-focused, with a strong commercial and strategic awareness
  • Advanced tax technical expertise in management taxes
  • Excellent client relationship management and business development skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience advising various entities, including AIM-listed, PE-backed, and family-owned companies, with experience in implementing management incentive plans

Qualifications:

  • ACA/CTA, Tax Inspectors Technical Training, Law qualification, or equivalent tax expertise
  • Demonstrated success in management taxes and business development
  • Experience mentoring junior professionals
