- Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive benefits packages.
- Provide expert consultation on compensation and benefits, offering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of all reward programs.
- Maintain transparent communication channels regarding reward policy developments.
