This firm is looking for a Tax Disputes Manager to become part of their team. The role involves managing and resolving complex tax disputes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. KEY DUTIES:
- Managing and resolving complex tax disputes with HMRC and other tax authorities
- Providing strategic advice and support to clients on tax dispute matters
- Preparing detailed reports, documentation, and correspondence related to tax disputes
- Representing clients in negotiations and meetings with tax authorities
- Staying updated with the latest tax laws, regulations, and case law developments
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Extensive experience in tax dispute resolution and management
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, or equivalent
