About the Role

Opportunity in a Top 30 firm.

This firm is seeking a highly qualified individual for a position in their Large Corporate division. 

The role demands expertise in complex UK tax computations, with a focus on identifying tax-saving opportunities and optimising tax relief utilisation. The position involves supporting businesses in their expansion into emerging markets, coordinating overseas corporate tax compliance, and liaising with local advisors.

Key responsibilities include drafting advisory reports on international and large corporate matters, such as tax-efficient structuring, legal entity simplification, and compliance with transfer pricing regulations. The role also encompasses managing UK and overseas tax investigations, interpreting new UK legislation, and fostering client relationships to generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a CA or equivalent qualification, with ATT/CTA certification or comparable knowledge. A minimum of four years' experience in UK corporate tax, particularly with multinational groups, is required. Proficiency in UK and overseas compliance, coupled with international tax advisory work, is highly desirable.
