This firm is seeking an experienced Expatriate Tax Advisor to join them. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, delivering exceptional client service and demonstrating robust tax technical expertise. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth within a multidisciplinary international mobility context, working alongside specialists in personal tax, employment tax, immigration, reward, and assignment services. The position involves advising clients on international assignments, short-term business travel, and cross-border remote work arrangements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills with a desire for continuous improvement, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a strategic business acumen. They should be enthusiastic, flexible, and capable of thriving in a team environment while managing pressure and meeting deadlines. Project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and monitor budgets, are essential. Experience in Mobility or Mobility compliance, dealing with tax compliance issues and advisory projects, is required. The role demands a client-focused approach, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, contributing to business development efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of mobility projects, and keeping clients informed of relevant legislative changes.
