The role demands a proactive approach to professional development, staying abreast of industry trends, particularly the implementation of Pillar Two global minimum tax rules. You will contribute to business development efforts, participate in training sessions, and foster collaboration across departments.

Essential qualities include strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication capabilities for leading client interactions. Proficiency in interpreting UK tax legislation and forming opinions on novel topics is crucial. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICAS, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) is required, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.
