This firm seeks a Senior Tax Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert tax advice and support within the restructuring and insolvency sector. The responsibilities include managing tax compliance and advisory services for distressed businesses, liaising with stakeholders to develop tax-efficient restructuring plans, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This role also involves conducting in-depth tax analysis, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with the firm's partners to deliver exceptional client service.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing strategic tax advice on restructuring and insolvency matters
- Managing tax compliance for distressed businesses
- Developing and implementing tax-efficient restructuring plans
- Conducting thorough tax analysis and preparing comprehensive reports
- Liaising with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies
- Collaborating with partners to enhance client service delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in tax advisory within restructuring and insolvency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of managing complex tax projects
