About the Role

Opportunity in a Leading International firm.

This firm is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join its Real Estate tax team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing sophisticated tax advisory services to prominent real estate clients, including REITs, private equity funds, developers, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex real estate tax engagements, including structuring, due diligence, and compliance
Manage multiple client relationships and oversee engagement teams
Review tax provisions, returns, and planning deliverables for accuracy and technical merit
Develop and mentor junior staff while fostering a culture of excellence
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

Required Qualifications:

CPA qualification
Extensive knowledge of real estate taxation, including partnership taxation
Proven track record managing complex client engagements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Taxation preferred
Strong technical writing and presentation skills
Advanced project management and team leadership abilities
