Senior Tax Manager, Not for Profit

This firm is seeking a proactive individual who can manage their own tasks effectively while also demonstrating confidence in collaborating with others. Regular communication with Directors and Partners will be essential to ensure clients are served efficiently. The role involves identifying and highlighting opportunities to enhance service delivery and offer additional services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation, with specialist expertise and the ability to handle complex tax issues.
• Experience in managing all aspects related to a portfolio of clients.
• Proven ability to oversee a client portfolio, including client onboarding and engagement, billing, and identifying opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection.
• Capability to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, utilising resources from a shared service team or leveraging technology tools.
• An understanding of potential risks to the firm concerning quality control procedures.
• Experience in leading complex projects.
• Experience working with Not for Profit organsations is advantageous, though not essential, provided there is enthusiasm for the sector and a willingness to learn more.
