About the Role

Opportunity in a National Practice.

A Senior Manager position is currently available within the Not For Profit tax team.  The successful candidate will collaborate with tax partners handling both UK and cross-border advisory work, as well as managing complex compliance matters for a diverse portfolio of clients, including International Non-Governmental Organisations, Housing Associations, Schools, and Cultural Institutions.

A key aspect of this role involves driving business development initiatives and working with the team to secure new engagements.

Applicants should hold ACA/CTA qualifications (or equivalent) and possess substantial experience in corporate tax and compliance. The ability to collaborate effectively with tax specialists, audit teams, and corporate finance colleagues while maintaining autonomy is essential.

Position Requirements:

ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification is mandatory.
Extensive experience in corporate tax and advisory work across various projects.
Strong commitment to client service and business development.
Demonstrated success in generating new business.

Responsibilities:

Lead UK and cross-border tax advisory projects, reporting to tax partners.
Manage compliance for larger, more complex clients.
Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services offered.
Uphold the firm’s integrity and risk management policies, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide on-the-job coaching and training, supporting the development of junior staff.
