Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.

This firm is seeking highly experienced tax professional to join its team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of UK tax regulations and have the ability to navigate complex transactional matters.

In this position, individuals will be involved in all phases of the deal cycle, including tax structuring, due diligence, fund flows, SPA reviews, and refinancings. Team members will not only refine their technical expertise in UK taxation but also develop a solid understanding of commercial concerns within transactional frameworks. With the firm's cross-border focus, professionals will gain early exposure to international tax structuring and foreign tax systems.
