About the Role

Opportunity in an Independent firm.

This firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced international tax professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with a specialisation in cross-border taxation and a proven track record of providing exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on cross-border tax matters, addressing permanent establishment and residence issues, applying double tax treaties, ensuring compliance with international tax standards, and handling global mobility and expatriate taxation. The role also involves active participation in international networking events to facilitate cross-border collaborations.

The ideal candidate will possess a CTA qualification, extensive experience in international tax advisory, and a deep understanding of complex tax regulations such as Transfer Pricing, Controlled Foreign Companies rules, and Diverted Profits Tax. An Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) or equivalent is highly desirable, as is proficiency in one or more foreign languages.

Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, a client-centric approach, and the capacity to work independently on complex projects. The successful applicant will be a proactive self-starter with robust networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships within the international tax community.
