Opportunity in a Fast-growing Top-Tier Accounting firm.

This firm seeks an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert employment tax advice and support to the firm's clients. The responsibilities also include managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with employment tax regulations, and identifying tax planning opportunities. The role also involves leading a team of tax professionals and contributing to the development of the firm's tax services.

KEY DUTIES:
- Providing specialist employment tax advice to clients on a range of issues including PAYE, NIC, and expatriate tax matters
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
- Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities to optimise clients' tax positions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment tax legislation and regulations
- Contributing to the development and growth of the firm's tax services through business development activities

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience in employment tax
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality tax advice
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of employment tax legislation and regulations
