The successful candidate will work closely with the department's leadership and regional teams, leveraging their advanced technical expertise to deliver superior service to clients, guide junior colleagues, and contribute to intricate compliance and advisory initiatives. This position also presents opportunities for business development.

The firm's diverse clientele spans various corporate and business sectors, including small enterprises, high-turnover corporations, owner-managed businesses, international subsidiaries, charitable organisations, and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs).

Candidates must possess recent experience in professional services, comprehensive knowledge of corporate and business taxation, and relevant qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or ATT.   Strong competencies in tax compliance, advisory services, and technical planning are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and Word. 

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive work ethic. Extensive corporate and business tax experience in a professional setting is crucial. Expertise in areas such as Corporation Tax Returns, remuneration planning, business transactions, group restructuring, R&D tax credits, and cross-border issues is highly valued. The role may also involve collaboration with the Corporate Finance team on tax due diligence and M&A transactions.
