This firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Corporate Tax Advisory team and play a key role in helping major organisations meet their strategic goals. This role supports the evolving and wide-ranging tax needs of large enterprises, providing proactive solutions that drive business performance and enable long-term success.
This is a varied and rewarding position offering significant development potential and the opportunity to build strong, long-term partnerships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- 
Delivering high-quality technical advice on complex corporate tax matters such as interest deductibility, tax loss planning, hybrid structures, international tax (including controlled foreign companies), and double taxation issues 
- 
Assisting with corporate tax due diligence as part of broader transaction support engagements 
- 
Overseeing a portfolio of large corporate tax compliance clients, reviewing submissions prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of service 
- 
Building and nurturing trusted client and intermediary relationships, identifying opportunities to deliver added value beyond core services 
- 
Working collaboratively with colleagues across different areas – including Audit, VAT, Transaction Services, and Innovation Incentives – to provide clients with a joined-up experience 
- 
Keeping abreast of tax law changes and proactively communicating their implications internally and externally 
- 
Supporting junior staff development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback 
Qualifications for this role include:
- 
A seasoned tax professional with significant experience in a corporate tax environment 
- 
Proven track record in delivering advisory services to large businesses 
- 
Committed to personal development and continuous learning 
- 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport 
- 
Hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, CTA or equivalent) 
- 
Prior experience of coaching or leading others within a professional services setting is an advantage
