About the Role
Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.
KEY DUTIES:
- Leading the compliance and reporting team to ensure regulatory adherence and accurate reporting.
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of compliance practices.
- Providing strategic advice to senior management on compliance-related matters.
- Staying updated with the latest regulatory changes and ensuring the firm's practices are aligned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in compliance and reporting within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
