This firm is actively seeking a dedicated Capital Allowances Senior Manager to join its growing team. As a Capital Allowances Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development of the firm's Capital Allowances service line.

Role Overview:

In this position, you will work on a variety of client projects, each presenting distinctive challenges. You will engage in strategic discussions with senior management and directors, providing valuable insights and helping to shape the direction of client engagements. This role encompasses overseeing the preparation and submission of Capital Allowances claims to HMRC, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.

In addition, you will take a leading role in designing and implementing fixed-asset technology solutions for clients across a range of sectors. This is an opportunity to use your expertise to streamline processes and enhance service offerings. You will also serve as a key liaison with HMRC, handling complex inquiries and offering clear, well-reasoned advice.

Beyond technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior team members, guiding their professional development and ensuring that senior stakeholders are kept informed on project progress. Business development will also be a focus, requiring you to identify growth opportunities, prepare proposals, and expand the firm’s client base.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess substantial experience in managing client portfolios, project leadership, and Capital Allowances claims. A professional qualification (CTA and/or ACA) and demonstrated expertise in tax matters are essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently while excelling in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
