This firm is seeking an accomplished and motivated Capital Allowances Senior Manager to contribute to the continued expansion of its Capital Allowances division. In this senior role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing the firm's service offerings and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Role Description:

As a Capital Allowances Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, each presenting unique challenges. You will collaborate closely with senior management and directors, providing strategic insights and ensuring that client projects are executed efficiently. The role includes managing the preparation and submission of Capital Allowances claims to HMRC, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards throughout the process.

Additionally, you will lead the design and implementation of fixed-asset technology solutions for clients across diverse industries, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and optimising service delivery. This role also involves liaising directly with HMRC to address complex inquiries and provide well-informed guidance on Capital Allowances matters.

Alongside your technical responsibilities, you will mentor and guide junior staff, fostering their growth and professional development. You will also keep senior stakeholders informed of project milestones and outcomes. Business development will be a key aspect of the role, as you identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and assist in expanding the firm’s client base.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have significant experience in managing client portfolios, leading projects, and handling Capital Allowances claims. A professional qualification (CTA and/or ACA) is required, along with a strong background in tax advisory. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
