This firm seeks a Senior M&A Tax Advisor to join them. The role involves providing expert tax advice and support on mergers and acquisitions within the financial services sector. KEY DUTIES:
- Conducting comprehensive tax due diligence on potential acquisitions and mergers
- Structuring transactions to optimise tax efficiency and compliance
- Advising clients on the tax implications of various deal structures
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations affecting the financial services sector
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients and senior management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in M&A tax advisory within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
