About the Role
Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.
This firm seeks a Partner to join them. The main function of this role is to lead the personal tax division, providing strategic direction and technical expertise. The responsibilities also include managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, overseeing the delivery of complex tax advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation. The role demands collaboration with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients and contribute to the firm's growth objectives.
KEY DUTIES:
- Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and delivering bespoke tax advice
- Ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation and maintaining high standards of service
- Collaborating with other departments to provide integrated client solutions
- Overseeing the development and mentoring of junior team members
- Contributing to the firm's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in personal tax, ideally within a Big 4 firm
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients and delivering complex tax advice
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
