Opportunity in a Large firm.

This firm is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Reward team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's reward strategy for its workforce. Key duties include designing and overseeing compensation programs, performing market analyses to maintain competitive salary structures, and providing guidance to senior leadership on compensation and benefits policies.

KEY DUTIES OF THE REWARD SENIOR MANAGER ENCOMPASS:
- Leading the development and implementation of reward strategies

- Advising senior management on reward policies and practices
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
