KEY DUTIES:
- Developing and executing comprehensive reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the Financial Services sector
- Ensuring all reward programmes comply with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Providing expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on reward-related matters
- Leading and mentoring a team of reward specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
