This firm seeks a Reward Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to design, implement, and manage the firm's reward strategies and programmes. The responsibilities also include conducting market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages, managing the annual salary review process, and developing incentive schemes that align with the firm's objectives. The role involves close collaboration with HR and senior management to support the firm's talent retention and attraction strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a reward management role within the accountancy sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR and reward management systems
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable
