This firm seeks a Reward Manager to join them. You will lead and contribute to diverse, complex projects with clients in the Financial Services sector and generate innovative insights for clients by tailoring methodologies and practices to meet their specific needs.
This firm’s Financial Services (FS) Reward team is dedicated to supporting clients in:
- Navigating a dynamic and complex regulatory change environment.
- Transforming reward programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees with the skills needed to thrive in the future talent landscape.
- Optimising reward programs to deliver an outstanding employee experience and achieve a strong return on investment.
- Advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals through effective remuneration strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with evolving pay equity requirements and embedding DE&I principles across all reward and performance activities.
- Designing and implementing awards to align with business strategy and corporate goals.
Role Overview
As a member of this firm’s growing FS Reward team, you will:
- Lead and contribute to diverse, complex projects with clients in the Financial Services sector.
- Generate innovative insights for clients by tailoring methodologies and practices to meet their specific needs.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, managing these relationships proactively.
- Identify new opportunities and assist in proposal development and broader business development activities.
- Navigate operational complexities and manage risk within client engagements.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering growth and learning opportunities.
- Contribute to this firm’s strategic goals and initiatives that support growth within the FS Reward team.
- Partner with other service lines to address relevant reward and HR issues across a variety of client engagements.
- Lead Reward Optimisation assessments, analysing quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights.
- Offer interpretations and technical advice related to the UK’s regulated environment for Financial Services.
- Support clients in identifying and redesigning elements of their existing Reward Value Proposition.
- Assist clients with public disclosures, including Gender Pay Gap calculations and other pay ratios, ensuring regulatory and disclosure requirements are met.
About You
- Highly numerate, with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and compelling style.
- Exceptional attention to detail, able to derive insights from varied data sources.
- A thought leader with a growth mindset, eager to challenge established practices.
- Proficient in project management, working collaboratively with team members to achieve maximum performance.
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure, delivering practical solutions amid changing information.
- A strong communicator and presenter, able to convey complex information with credibility and impact.
- Experience in Reward within a regulated sector (ideally Financial Services).
- Solid consulting skills, ideally gained in a professional services environment.
- Passionate about the role of Reward in shaping the future people agenda.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
