Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
This firm seeks a Real Estate Tax Senior Manager to provide expert tax advice, oversee compliance, manage client relationships, and develop strategic tax plans. The role includes collaborating across departments for seamless service and assisting with advisory projects as needed.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing comprehensive tax advice to real estate clients
- Overseeing tax compliance and ensuring adherence to regulations
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Conducting strategic tax planning and optimisation
- Collaborating with other departments for integrated service delivery
- Assisting with client advisory projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience in real estate tax
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to provide strategic tax planning and advice
