This firm is looking for a seasoned Real Estate Tax Senior Manager to lead tax strategy, ensure compliance, and cultivate strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on real estate tax matters, oversee filings and reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Additionally, this role involves contributing to advisory projects and identifying opportunities for tax planning and optimisation.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing comprehensive tax advice to real estate clients
- Overseeing tax compliance and ensuring adherence to regulations
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Conducting strategic tax planning and optimisation
- Collaborating with other departments for integrated service delivery
- Assisting with client advisory projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience in real estate tax
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to provide strategic tax planning and advice
