ABOUT THIS ROLE
This firm seeks a Real Estate Tax Partner. The primary function of this role is to provide tax structuring and due diligence assistance, general day-to-day advice, and oversee tax compliance and reporting. The responsibilities also include managing a team of tax professionals, liaising with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring all tax-related activities comply with current legislation. The role requires a strategic thinker who can offer innovative solutions to complex tax issues while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing expert tax structuring and due diligence assistance for real estate transactions
- Offering general day-to-day tax advice to clients
- Overseeing general tax compliance and reporting for the firm’s clientsManaging and mentoring a team of tax professionals
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions
- Ensuring all tax-related activities comply with current legislation and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in real estate tax, preferably within a leading accountancy firm
- - Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- - Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of professionals
- - Excellent client relationship management skills
- - ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
