Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the real estate tax advisory services for a varied client base, including property developers, investors, and funds.
Provide expert advice on tax implications related to property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, financing, and structuring.
Lead tax planning initiatives and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to current legislation and proactive management of upcoming changes.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering insights and tailored solutions to enhance client value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated tax and accounting services.
Support junior team members through mentorship, training, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and promoting the firm’s real estate tax capabilities.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated expertise in real estate tax within a professional services environment.
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations impacting real estate transactions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to tax planning and advisory.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing both client relationships and team members.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
