Composed of tax lawyers and chartered tax advisors, they deliver practical, customized solutions to a wide array of clients, such as owner-managed businesses, private equity firms, real estate investors, and funds. Key responsibilities include advising on business exits, offshore structuring, corporate reorganisations, and employment tax matters, particularly related to redundancy planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering comprehensive tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings
  • Guiding clients on SDLT, VAT, and employment tax matters
  • Providing clear, actionable insights on diverse tax issues
  • Using analytical and commercial expertise to support tax planning in corporate deals
  • Working alongside tax lawyers and advisors to craft thorough tax strategies
  • Assisting with planning for exit strategies, offshore structures, and remuneration packages

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a tax specialist
