About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
This firm is seeking an experienced and strategic Tax Director to lead and expand its real estate tax advisory services. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in real estate tax planning and compliance, a proven track record in a client-facing leadership role, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. The Real Estate Tax Director will be instrumental in managing a diverse portfolio of real estate clients, providing top-tier advisory services, and supporting the growth and strategic direction of the real estate tax practice.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and training.
- Oversee workflow, resource allocation, and quality control within the team to maintain high standards in client deliverables.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the real estate tax practice.

Business Development & Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate tax advisory, contributing to the firm’s growth and market presence.
- Collaborate with other service lines to provide integrated solutions, enhancing cross-functional service offerings for real estate clients.
- Play an active role in thought leadership, including participating in industry events, publishing articles, and conducting presentations.

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships, providing strategic tax planning and technical insights for complex real estate matters.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing tax professionals.
